BridgeSorter Mk I with numbers 200-299 can be upgraded to the Prim level to get more functions and enhanced reliability. There is a €195 discount if you use the BOS package to run your (not yet upgraded) Sorter. Freight is not included but can purchased separately here.

Description
In summary the update will give you “a new machine” in the old chassis for a subsidised price.
You will have the hardware improved on 43 points and you get will get new software. Some highlights:
• New camera house with new type of light.
• New type of card recognition (less error prone)
• Possible to use larger indices.
• Easy to add and select card design
• New type of feed roller gives better grip without cleaning.
• Electronic traction control manages slipping
• Changed gate function reduces the risk of 12/14 sorting stops
• Faster – mechanical speed is up to 10 cards per second
• Immediate start when the board is inserted gives massive throughput
• Complimentary future upgrades to fit new versions of Windows
and many minor details that makes the duplicator’s life easier
